What does hyphond™ sell?
The Sunlit Weave Collection includes 12 woven home essentials: storage baskets and boxes, a decorative tray, placemats, coasters, a tissue box cover, a planter basket, a wall organizer, a jewelry box, a bread basket, a magazine holder and a laundry hamper.
What materials are used?
Materials vary by product and include rattan, seagrass and water hyacinth. Some designs also include cotton details or liners, steel framing, a polypropylene saucer or a paperboard insert. Check the specific product listing.
Will the color and measurements be identical?
Natural fiber tone and weave can vary. Listed dimensions are approximate, and screens may show colors differently. Compare both overall and usable interior measurements with your intended space.
How long will delivery take?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing plus an estimated 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. These are separate periods, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our shipping policy for details.
Where can you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
Available destinations and applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment. If your address is not accepted, contact us before placing an order. See Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email service@hyphond.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will check its status. Changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins; applicable legal cancellation rights remain unaffected.
How do I request a return?
Contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide instructions and the correct destination. See Return & Refund Policy for conditions and costs.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy. Statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary return window.
Can woven items get wet?
Most basket bodies should be kept dry and spot-cleaned sparingly. They are not waterproof. Remove nursery pots for watering, drain them fully and empty collected water. Removable liners have separate care instructions.
Can the tray, placemats and bread basket touch food?
Do not place unpackaged food directly on the woven tray or placemats. Use plates or bowls. For Morning Fold, use the clean cotton liner with food-safe parchment for dry, cooled baked goods. These pieces are not oven or microwave accessories.
Will the planter or tissue cover fit my existing item?
Fern Nest is intended for nursery pots up to 8 inches in actual outside diameter, subject to height and shape. Quiet Square has an approximate interior clearance of 5.25 × 5.25 × 5.75 inches. Measure before ordering.
How should the wall basket be mounted?
Letterleaf is for lightweight paper items. Appropriate wall mounting hardware is required and is not included. Follow the hardware manufacturer’s instructions, check the loaded weight and keep the hanging loop away from children.
